At Big Noise we are committed to working with our community members even more closely in the coming years.
To ensure the voice of our communities shape the decisions we make, the programme we deliver and the impact we have on our communities, we are running 4 half-day training sessions this year. These training sessions are for both our Big Noise staff members and our Big Noise community members.
Our free training sessions
In our Community Voice training sessions, we will explore the theory behind community empowerment, how we can build and strengthen our Big Noise community representative groups, and also consider together how staff members and community members can work closer together in shaping Big Noise centres, local decision making and supporting the work of the organisation.
Dave Beck from Glasgow University is an expert in community development and will be our friendly guide! So, please join us for any of the 4, free workshops that we hope will help us all be more engaged, confident, and inspired.
